The Challenge of Manual Monitoring

Monitoring competitor advertising on Meta Ads Library usually involves tedious manual searching, screenshotting, and data entry. For a rapidly moving market, this manual approach is unscalable and prone to missing key shifts in a competitor’s creative strategy.

Building the AI Agent System

To solve this, I designed a specialized AI Agent workflow that automatically queries the Meta Ads Library for predefined competitor pages. The system pulls the latest active ads, creative formats (video, image, carousel), and ad copy.

All this raw data is pushed into a scalable data warehouse and visualized on a dedicated dashboard at market-research.lucasvn.com. Instead of raw text, the AI processes the ad copy and visuals to categorize the competitor's current strategic angle (e.g., "Discounting", "Feature Focus", "Urgency").

The Impact

By automating the data collection and utilizing AI for semantic analysis, the marketing team now has a real-time, bird's-eye view of the entire market landscape. We can immediately respond to competitor campaigns and adjust our own creative messaging to fill market gaps.
